occurring element on earth. Also, Choisons ceramic knives have a blade
that is 25% thicker than your standard blade for extra strength and
durability.

Many ceramic knives are now made with some
metal in the blade to make them detectable in security scanner.
Choison’s knives contain no metal in the blade keeping oxidisation to a
minimum and your food tasting fresh. No metallic taste!

Choisons knives are comfortable to hold with an ergonomically shaped handle that gives balance and ease of use.
